Juan Pablo Horcasitas’ recent performances include recitals in Vienna, Paris, Beirut, Mexico, Bangkok, Lima, Philadelphia, Washington, and New York, and the release of his first solo CD in 2014. He holds both B.M. and M.M. degrees in classical piano performance from Manhattan School of Music, where he studied with Nina Svetlanova. Since his Carnegie Hall debut in 2009, he has been working actively as collaborative pianist, chamber musician, conductor, and educator. Juan Pablo also teaches piano and music appreciation at the Lighthouse Guild Filomen M. D’Agostino Greenberg Music School for the visually impaired.
