Instrument Classes for Beginners
Try a new instrument this year! These small classes provide an introduction to study in an engaging and supportive group setting. Students learn the fundamentals of first-year study, including instrument technique and music reading, as classes explore a variety of music styles through group and solo playing.

Diller-Quaile Youth Opera
Young singers rehearse and perform solos, scenes, and choruses from Baroque through Contemporary operas and staged works, with an emphasis on works composed specifically for young singers. Repertoire is customized for individual singers and the ensemble. Weekly workshop rehearsals focus on musical style, language, diction, character development, and stagecraft, leading to a performance at the end of the session with professional singers.
