Aaron Van Heyningen
INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL DEPARTMENT - violin
Aaron Van Heyningen holds a B.M. from New York University and a M.M. from the University of Akron. He has multiple levels of registered Suzuki Training with Allen Lieb and Ecaterina Gerson at School for Strings, and Suzuki Early Childhood Education with Lynn McCall. In addition to maintaining a private violin studio, he is currently on faculty at the Bloomingdale School of music, Brooklyn Conservatory, and teaches at Saint David’s School. Formerly, he taught violin at the University of Akron, Western Reserve Academy of Music, under the umbrella of the Brooklyn Philharmonic at schools throughout the New York City area, and was Head of Strings at the LX Music school in Brooklyn.
