Dr. Elaine Heffner (LCSW, Ed.D.) has been the Early Childhood Development Consultant at     Diller-Quaile since 1986. She is Senior  Lecturer of Education in Psychiatry at Weill Cornell Medical College and was a Co-founder and Director of the Nursery School Treatment  Center at Payne Whitney Clinic, New York Hospital for many years.
