Parent-Teacher Conference Week in the Instrumental & Vocal Department
Monday, November 8 through Saturday, November 13.

Each semester, lesson teachers create customized plans for each student based on the School's curriculum and work with students and families to achieve these goals. Parent-Teacher Conferences provide an important opportunity for parents and guardians to discuss their child's musical growth and progress with the lesson teacher.

Please read below important information about this year's Parent-Teacher Conference Week

• Parents and guardians are invited to meet with their child’s individual lesson teacher during the first fifteen minutes of their child’s individual lesson. Please let your lesson teacher know if you plan to attend in person or by phone. Conferences are not held for class instruction.

• We also invite you to visit your child’s Musicianship Class and Ensemble through the class’s zoom link, which was emailed to you at the start of the school year.

• If you are attending the conference in person, please be reminded to complete a Health Screening Questionnaire before your arrival and to bring proof of vaccination the day of your conference.
