MaryCharlotte Barnes graduated from New York University’s Graduate School of Arts and Science in May of 2025. There she earned a Master of Arts in Museum Studies, with a concentration in Education. She had previously completed her Bachelor of Arts in History and Journalism, with a minor in American Sign Language, from New York University in May of 2024. Throughout her time in New York City, MaryCharlotte has worked within Education Departments at numerous museums, including The Guggenheim, The Brooklyn Museum, The American Museum of Natural History, and The New York Historical. At these institutions, she had the opportunity to lead programs dedicated to art, history, and science for all ages including early childhood, elementary school children, teenagers, and the general public. MaryCharlotte is grateful to be continuing her career as an educator at Diller-Quaile, where she strives to nurture a love of art and creativity in each class!
