Bio
Olga’s quest for collaborative people-driven culture at the workplace and supportive music-infused environment drew her to Diller-Quaile in the summer of 2023 in the capacity of Senior Accountant and Payroll Administrator. After spending over a decade with different organizations in various accounting, payroll and benefit administration roles, Olga brings to Diller-Quaile her laser-sharp attention to detail, along with strong finance and interpersonal skills.
From the start, she was impressed by the longevity of the school’s teaching faculty and administrative staff, as well as their dedication to Diller-Quaile’s mission and values, which is a testament to the school’s century-old tradition of excellence. She admits that the school is a special place to work, and she is fortunate to do finance and process payroll in a historical building, where the hallways are filled with the sounds of music.
As a mom of two budding pianists, it brings Olga immense joy to see her children grow in their musical studies and do it successfully at The Diller-Quaile School of Music with the most patient, professional, and dedicated faculty.
