Olga Radović

INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL DEPARTMENT - Accompanist

A native of Belgrade, Serbia, Olga Radović began studying piano at the age of seven. She made her solo orchestral debut at the age of twelve, performing in the prestigious Belgrade Philharmonic Hall. Shortly after, she made her first solo debut at the age of fourteen.

Olga has played in some of the important venues in Serbia and has performed throughout the World in Europe, Asia and North America. Noteable venues include Kolarac Hall, Serbian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Belgrade, Rekstensamlingene and Kabuso Art center in Norway; Steinway Hall N.Y., Yamaha Artists Service Salon, Tishman Auditorium, Jorgensen Center for Performing Arts, Studley Theatre in the US.

Olga has been invited to participate in multiple international music festivals inlcuding the Tel Hai Piano Festival in Israel, Beijing International Music Festival and Academy in China, Jiri Hlinka Piano Academy in Norway, Sommermuik in Nagold, Germany. She has performed in masterclasses with world famous pedagogues and pianists, such as Pavlina Dokovska, Alexander Korsantia, Piotr Anderszewski, Leif Ove Andsnes, Marianna Shirinyan. She also had a chance to work closely with living composers like Richard Danielpour and Frederic Rzewski.

At the age of 19, Olga won her first teaching position at the Vladimir Djordjevic Music School in Belgrade. Since then, her pedagogical career has been a very significant part of her musical journey and she comes to the faculty of the Bronx School for Music with a great amount of experience in teaching students of all levels and ages.

Olga holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Arts (Belgrade, Serbia) where she studied with Professor Vladimir Milosevic. She moved to the USA in 2017 to continue her studies and completed a Master of Music degree in Piano Performance at the University of Connecticut, where she studied with Angelina Gadeliya and received a Teaching Assistantship position.

Olga is currently a NYC based pianist and piano teacher, and is continuing her academic path at the Mannes School of Music as a student of Pavlina Dokovska and Vladimir Valjarevic.
