Rachel riggs

INSTRUMENTAL AND VOCAL DEPARTMENT - violin, viola

Rachel Riggs obtained her B.M. from the Eastman School of Music, followed by a Master’s degree in Viola Performance from University of Minnesota. Her teachers included Michael Zaretsky, Heidi Castleman and Roland Vamos. She has taught at New England Conservatory, Longy School of Music, and Greenwich House School of Music. An active freelance musician, she is a permanent member of the American Symphony Orchestra.
